Victoria Russell is a Professor of Spanish and Foreign Language Education at Valdosta State University (VSU). She is the coordinator of online programs for the Department of Modern and Classical Languages and she is the director of the VSU sponsored summer study abroad program in Cádiz, Spain.

She earned a Ph.D. in Second Language Acquisition and Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida. Her areas of research interest are online language pedagogy, world language teacher preparation, and interlanguage pragmatics.
